Goal
Create a series of one sheeter templates that the business development team could use for their marketing.

Breakdown
The creative team was tasked with designing one sheeters for each of the Lupoli Companies properties as well as other brands and missions of the company. This would allow the business development team to easily present a quick overview of whatever brand or topic they were meeting about to potential investors or tenants.
Outcome
Once the templates were created and approved, we were able to easily replace the content for all new properties as provided when acquired.
