Breakdown

The Pavilion at Riverwalk was in the process of being built when we were building the brand. The building would consist of a 1,200 car parking garage with a regulation sized turf field, full-service conference/function center, and a waterfront restaurant overlooking the Merrimack River. The field will also include an outdoor patio spilling out from the function space and an inlaid track for residents and tenants to use throughout the day.

The creative team I managed designed numerous logos, and I selected the top three to present to the VP of Development for the branding of the Pavilion at Riverwalk. The pitch deck presentation shows the concept and symbolism behind each of the designs and provides a good deal of flexibility within each of the logos. The final selection was a version within Ideation 2, with a color palette from Ideation 1. From there, we created a simple style guide to begin building the Pavilion brand.

Outcome

Once a logo was selected and the brand style guide was created, we began to grow and develop the Pavilion brand. We were able to add logos to all print elements that the business development team used with potential investors, as well as create social media accounts and update websites.
